How can we help?
NearFind helps estimate proximity to discoverable Bluetooth devices. It cannot provide GPS coordinates, exact distance, or physical direction.
A device does not appear
Make sure it is powered on, nearby, and advertising. Earbuds inside a closed charging case may stop advertising.
Signal changes unexpectedly
Bluetooth signal is approximate. Walls, people, furniture, interference, and device orientation can affect it.
Premium or restore help
Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that completed the original purchase.
